Regular Open Hours

To allow you complete control over the hours displayed on your site, we use the hours matrix in your POR. Enter your store open hours:

• Configuration
  • System Configurations
    • Calendar Maintenance

Please refer to POR uLearn or call POR Support for guidance in updating Calendar Maintenance.

Special/Holiday Hours

Special/Holiday hours may also be shown on your site. These are set by the entries in the Special Days matrix in POR. If you add entries for your holiday hours/closures, these will then show on the website.

TIP: If you see dates showing up that are not holidays or entries that you made yourself, there is most likely a discrepancy in the open hours between what’s entered in Calendar Maintenance and in Special Days. For example, let’s say your EOM entry for October has open hours of 8am-5pm on Special Days. But your actual open hours in Calendar Maintenance for that day of the week are 7:30am-5pm. That discrepancy will cause our code to show that day under the Special/Holiday Hours heading. The fix? Update the EOM entry to show the same hours as that day of the week in Calendar Maintenance.
