Cancellation of a Web Quote
Overview
This article goes through the process of cancelling a web quote. You cannot delete a web quote from the import screen. You must import the quote and handle the cancelling from within the program.
Cancelling a web quote
1. Go to the Counter System from the Program Menu.
2. Select Tools from the upper left corner of the screen and choose Web Quote Import.
3. Double click on the web quote you want to cancel.
4. Once selected, the contract processing screen will be displayed:
5. Select cancel from within the contract. Note: This will cancel the web quotes from the Web Quote Import box.
