Configure Store-Specific Time Zones in Elite

 

 ℹ️ This feature is available in Elite versions 2025.12 and above.

 

 

Elite allows you to configure store-specific time zones to help operations staff manage contracts across multiple regions. This feature is optional—if all stores are in the same time zone, no action is required.

Opt in to Multiple Time Zones

  1. Go to the Gear icon > Click Security.

       

        2. Enable the option for Multiple Time Zones.

       

        3. Set the default company time zone, usually the corporate headquarters’ time zone.

Set Store Time Zones

  1. Set the time zone for each location in the Store Time Zone section (directly below the Multiple Time Zones setting).

⚠️ Important! Without these settings, time zone functionality will not be available in contract processing or printed contracts.

 

View Time Zones in Contract Processing

  • When processing a contract, the store’s time zone displays in the top-right corner above the contract dates.

  • If you change the contract’s store to one in a different time zone, a warning message will appear.

Print Time Zones on Contracts

The store’s time zone is printed at the bottom of the contract.

⚠️ You must use Contract-params-MC.SQL.rpt in your Laser Contract Formats setup for the time zone to appear.

Q: Do I need to enable this if all my stores are in the same time zone?

A: No. This functionality is only needed if your company operates in multiple time zones.

 

 

Q: Where should I set the company default time zone?

A: Use the corporate headquarters’ time zone as the default.

 

 

Q: Why don’t I see time zones in contract processing?

A: Verify that you opted into multiple time zones and assigned store-specific settings. Without enabling this, time zones will not display.

 

 

Q: My printed contracts are missing the time zone. What should I check?

A: Confirm you are using Contract-params-MC.SQL.rpt in your Laser Contract Formats.
