Reprint Payment Receipt
There are times when you might need to reprint a payment receipt for a customer. This can be done a couple of different ways depending on the type of payment.
From the contract.
If the payment was taken by a credit card, you can modify the contract and go to the payment screen. Right click on the credit card number and select reprint payment receipt.

From the file maintenance you can go to the Customer File>>Customer Record>>History>>Payment History. You will see a list of payments made (Cash, Check, Credit Card). Right click on the payment you would like to reprint, a box will open allowing you to reprint the receipt.
