Add a Custom Splash Screen to Your Genius Devices

Genius devices can optionally display a custom splash screen with a picture of your company logo or any marketing programs you wish customers to see. You can use this to promote marketing events or market your brand. CAYAN’s may have a cost associated with the terminal and devices can have separate splash screens.

All merchants who use CAYAN Genius are eligible for Splash Screen.

What is Splash?

The Genius device can display a custom splash and product screen.

Screens are static only. No video animations or automated swapping of screens are available.

The Genius device displays 24 hours a day, there is no “go to sleep” option.

Benefits:

Used to promote in-store events and other marketing programs.

Used to display the merchant logo.

Are merchants able to have different splash screens on different terminals at their location?

Yes, splash screens are defined per device. Merchants would inform CAYAN which devices get which screens.

Mx915: 480 x 272 (image must be in PNG format)

Mx925: 800 x 480 (image must be in PNG format)
